The Capital Team have completed surveys at Beresford Lodge, Callaby Terrace, Greenhills Terrace, Lexfield House, Newington Green Mansions, Northampton Park, St Pauls Road and Tilney Gardens. These surveys have given us the information we need to decide what cyclical improvement works will be carried out to your block and estate.
The list of improvements to some blocks includes roof repairs/renewals, window repair/renewal, unblocking guttering, communal door repairs, private and communal balconies renewal, redecoration of the external and communal areas, and landlords electrical supply including emergency lighting. We will also be carrying out fire safety works in the communal areas. Please note that this is not an exhaustive list.
