Elections on 2 May

Elections for the next Mayor of London and London Assembly members, as well as the by-election for Hillrise ward, will take place on Thursday 2 May.

You must now show photo ID when you vote at polling stations. See a full list of accepted forms of ID. You can also apply for a free Voter Authority Certificate in place of photo ID. The deadline to apply for this is 5pm, Wednesday 24 April.

Translation services: It is possible to translate the pages on this website into another language using automatic translation websites.

Services for the blind or partially sighted: We can produce our application form in Braille and we can also produce all of our information leaflets in large print. Please contact us if you require this service. A free directory has been launched by the Royal National Institute for the Blind (RNIB) to help blind and partially sighted people in the boroughs of Camden and Islington find out what services are available to them.

Services for the deaf: The Sign Language Interpreting Service has a team of in-house interpreters which provides services for housing benefit and council tax benefit and other services.
