Changes to services over Easter

Find out about changes to our services due to the Easter bank holiday. This includes changes to rubbish and recycling collections, parking enforcement, libraries and customer service opening times.

Make a duty planning appointment

Duty planning appointments take place over the phone.

Our appointment times are 10am - 1pm, Tuesday and Thursday. General appointments cost £90.88. Appointments relating to energy efficiency, energy reduction and/or micro-generation measures are free of charge.

Once you confirmed submission of your form, the Planning Team will send you an email to confirm the date and time of your appointment
