Local land charges search fees
How much a Local Land Charges Search costs, including add-ons that you might need.
You will not be able to start a new request or access your online application from Tuesday 24 December 2024 at 3pm until Thursday 2 January 2025 at 10am. This is because of maintenance works to the Local Land Charges online system. The office is also closed during these dates.
Fees from 1 January 2025
These prices replace the 2024 prices from midnight 1 January 2025.
