Elections for the next Mayor of London and London Assembly members, as well as the by-election for Hillrise ward, will take place on Thursday 2 May. You must now show photo ID when you vote at polling stations. See a full list of accepted forms of ID.

Parking for disabled people and the Blue Badge scheme

Report Blue Badge fraud or misuse

Islington Council takes the misuse and theft of Blue Badges very seriously.

To report suspected Blue Badge fraud, call us on 020 7527 2000 or email ParkingFraud@islington.gov.uk.

We prosecute individuals that misuse the Blue Badge scheme under the Fraud Act which can result in substantial fines and even imprisonment.

Return Blue Badges that are not being used

You can help stop misuse of Blue Badges by returning any ones that you or someone else is no longer using.
